Service providers and disclosure

The website uses EmailJS to deliver booking requests. Analytics may be enabled through Google Analytics 4. Information may also be shared with people or service providers necessary to perform the requested trip, or when required by law. Sunset Elite does not sell booking-form information.

• Do not submit medical records, payment card numbers, government identification numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information through the notes field.

Retention and security

Records are kept only as reasonably needed for bookings, customer service, accounting, disputes, legal compliance, and business analysis. No internet transmission is guaranteed completely secure, so provide only information needed to arrange the ride.

You may ask to review, correct, or delete personal information, subject to records Sunset Elite must retain. You may also use browser settings to limit analytics cookies where available.
